This video goes on about how 4 simply words can make an impact. These words being, "what do you think." If I had to ask my classmates a question it would be, "how many times they stop and ask someone in a day 'what do you think'." I find myself rarely asking that question because I try to solely depend on my opinions, but in growing a business relationship it is something that needs be to asked. Will defiantly try and to put asking the four letter question in my daily routine.

The four words “what do you think” gets people engaged in what you have going on. It invites them to feel more welcomed and valued. In the future when I run my business I will ask my employees what they think, so that they feel like their opinions matter, because it does. A question I would ask my classmates would be “ do you ask people what they think when making certain decisions?”

Very rarely in the workplace have I heard the words "what do you think?" I see that it is very difficult to accomplish things without others opinions, but some people think they can handle any situation without other's inputs. I think this is a good thing to use in the workplace because you can get others engaged in your plans and ideas. Having a say so in any situation makes you feel welcome and included in activities. Opinions do matter, and having new thoughts and ideas brought to the table can increase your business.

This video was really eye-opening to me because the four words that are considered (at-least for Tom Peters) "What Do You Think" are never said in my work environment. " What Do You Think" are the most important words that should be said in every business because this shows employees that they are a person of value. It shows the employees that they are valued and their opinions are valued, which can't be overlooked.

Another sparky video by Tom Peters about leadership in an organization. What are the 4 most important words in an organization? They are " what do you think?" This small question lets the person that this is asked to know that he or she is of utmost importance to the company. It means "hey, I value your opinion." I would encourage my classmates to keep track of who they ask these questions to and how many times do they do it.

A question for my classmates would be while on social media do you notice companies using these words trying to engage people? Do you use "what do you think" while having a conversation with someone to get their personal feed back? I learned that it can be useful to ask these words to get intel on what others think.

“What do you think,” are the four most important words when trying to engage people. This makes the person who is being asked the question feel like their opinion is valued and like their opinion is important. He tells us to keep track of how often we’re asked this in a day and I don’t think it’s asked enough. It’s such a simple question to ask and it’s not said often enough. I hope to us these four words more often in my personal and professional life. My discussion question for the class would be: is this a question you often ask friends or coworkers?

The 4 most important words are "what do you think." This is an important question, as it shows whoever ask that you value them and you value their opinion. Asking people what they think is important in showing that you care and that this person matters. This is great for their self esteem and lets them know that they are valued. Even more simply, asking this question exposes you to new ways of thinking other than your own.

Three most important things I learned from this video were the four most important words in leadership are "what do you think". The four words of leadership says that the person values what someone else has to say. I also learned leaders are ones who not only agree on their own opinions , but open to other individual mindsets because they know that is what an organization is all about.

I can apply what I learned in the video by not only voicing myself, but hearing out everyone else. When everyone voice is spoken, it shows a leadership role.

This was an interesting video, it creates an image that not all the most important things are lengthy or complicated. The question “What Do You Think” allows others to open up and express their own thoughts and opinions about an organization which all organizations need. Lastly, before this I wouldn’t have considered this question as empowerment but he is absolutely correct from this angle of strength and views. My question would be how much do you find yourself asking this question, or even getting asked this question from others?

The 4 most important words in an organization are "What do you think?". Asking this simple question assigns value to the person being asked. This question is one of the best tools to engage members of an organization. My question would be: Do you think by simply asking this question more often you could improve engagement and input in your own workplace?

I believe it is a different perspective on the phrase "what do you think". In his explanation, he stated that the phrase gives empowerment to employees, a sense of job entitlement and shows that you value there ideas. I think it'll be beneficial to add the perspective when asking a person what do you think because it reduces the time it takes to fix an issue. Having a team work environment requires the best opinion out of every employee. Asking what do you think gives everyone power and confidence in there opinions. Secondly they begin to like there job and feel of importance to the company when you consider everyones suggestions. In conclusion, my question to the class is what do you think are key ways to increase innovative ideas?

What do you think? This is a question that I repeat several times a day, so I am thrilled to hear that it is a good thing!
Listening to people is something that I enjoying doing, and what they say is important to me. So, this question just makes sense. I will apply what I learned from this video in my daily life and give more thought to when I ask that question after having seen it.

The three most important thing I learned in this video was the phrase "what do you think" is the most powerful things you could ask someone. This specific phrase makes people feel valued and they feel as if their opinion actually matters. The score card was interesting because you become aware of how much you actually value the opinions of everyone around you throughout the day. How I can apply this to my life is by taking his advice and carrying around a score card and seeing how often I ask for the opinion of others throughout the day.

If I had to ask a question of my classmates on this for them to discuss, it would be did you ever realize how many times you said "what do you think?" in the course of a day?

This isn’t my first time watching a video about Tom Peters and he is very consistent in every video I’ve seen. Starting new jobs or looking for a new job a lot of his advice is very helpful. Leadership is very important and sometimes an overlooked trait. I think basic leadership skills should be taught more at a young age in school. If you are over people I think it’s very important to use more leadership skills instead of just management skills because leadership is a giant part of management. Getting opinions from people that work for you can not only help the business but can help your employees feel like they are apart of a team rather than just working for you. Would you feel like you were a bigger part of your job if your boss asked you these simple questions and actually applied your opinions into the overall thinking of the company?

The four most important words in an organization are "What do you think?". These words are important because they let people know you value their opinion. Also they make people think if their ideas are good ones. Another important part from the video is keeping the score card. That can help you keep track of when and if people ask about your thoughts, and vice versa. I would ask my classmates do they ever ask this question to people, and if they do how often?

The 4 most important words are "what do you think?" This shows that you are a person of value and they want your opinion. The person cares about what you think. Count how many times a day you ask somebody that question. I would tell my classmates to take a piece of paper and throughout the day tally up how many times they say the 4 most important words. Some may say it a lot and others not much so it would be interesting to see.

The most important thing in this video is opinion. You would want to hear other peoples opinion on what they think. what do they think about the job, the product, the building, the employees, etc. Opinions matter no matter what kind of business you are running and the 4 important words should be what do you think.

I really like this video a lot because I love the 4 words what do you think? I don't think enough people ask themselves that or even say it in general. I know I don't say it enough and when I do ask the question, it is not to myself it is to somebody else of importance to me. I don't believe that I am using the phrase right because I am worried about somebody else opinion when I should really just be worried about my own. A question I would ask my classmates, What do you think?
